* We offer a 5-year warranty on all interior and exterior paint jobs on walls and trim. Warranty includes any paint “scaling “, peeling, or failure due to craftsmanship from Davis Painting. If issues occur during the 5-year period, Davis Painting will come out and fix the issues free of charge. When performing touch-ups, we are not responsible for the difference in appearance of color due to fading over time. This warranty excludes nail pops, stress cracks, paint fading, normal homeowner “wear and tear”, and separation due to temperature change expansion/contraction, and moisture issues.
